Return Policy:

Neutral Good Books has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once you have contacted me and we have determined that a refund is in order,
your item must be returned and received in pre-sale condition.

Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and that secure, protective packing materials are used for return.

A refund on the original purchase (less Paypal and/or Shopify fees) may be made upon receipt of item(s) returned in pre-sale condition.


Defective or Wrong Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged During Shipping:

Neutral Good Books is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing packages or damage to items incurred during shipping or otherwise.


Refunds:

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment less any fees incurred by Paypal and/or Shopify within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
